REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Apexwolf, we stand behind every piece we create. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right — within a clear system that respects both you and the brand.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags and hygiene seals must remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

📨 HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact the Ops Team:

  • Email: info@apexwolf.co
  • Include your full name, order number, item(s) you want to return, and a brief reason.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label (where applicable) and step-by-step instructions for sending your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💸 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Apexwolf error (wrong or defective item).

⚠️ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@apexwolf.co with photos and your order number.

The Ops Team will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale, clearance, or items marked “Non-Returnable” at purchase

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

🔁 EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the product you want, then return the original item following the steps above.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

🇪🇺 EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our 30-day policy.

Your item must still meet the same eligibility criteria (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
